I had a fun Friday night!
Carlos and Jared had the honor of joining Daniela, Katherine, Elaine, and myself on the first part of our Girls Night. (We had dinner at Olive Garden) Only one guy has ever been given that honor before and that was Tyler who is Katherine’s fiance.
I had fun.
Now, the following is a Girl TMI moment so only read on if you are willing to take the risk.
Today I “popped my tampon cherry” (as Katherine put it)
Well, it is that time of the month for me.
Strangely, this month I got a heavy flow.
It’s just pouring out.
So, me being me…. I forgot to take extra pads with me…
After we finished dinner we (girls) took a bathroom break.
I asked around in the ladies room to see if anyone had a pad with them….
NO LUCK…
Then this lady came out of a stall and told me she had a tampon….
I have never EVER ever used a tampon in my life EVER at this point of this story…
I politely declined, but Katherine and the lady both pointed out that I had no other option. I confessed that I had never used one before so the lady took out an extra one and demonstrated how you put it in.
Well, I did it….
There is more to this story, but it is WAY too embarrassing. (Yes more embarrassing than this TMI story…)
